Who can apply for the regular rate?
Age 1–60 years old · In good health · Resident of the Philippines
Can a senior citizen get a plan?
Yes — ages 61–100 with no insurance benefit, on a pay-the-balance arrangement. Ask the office for the senior rate.
Can I choose how often I pay?
Yes — monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or yearly, at the same annual total.
When does the plan take effect?
Inception date is 30 days after payment. Contestability period is 7 months after payment.
What does every plan include?
Everything listed under “Every plan includes” above — the same memorial package for every tier.
What if I need only some services?
The at-need services and embalming are quoted by the office.
Who serves the plan?
Service is by Funeraria Villa and ZC Arcega Funeral Homes.
Who underwrites the plan?
