Find my loved one

Find someone you love

We will look for them with you.

How it works

How the office looks for someone

Four things happen when you call.

  1. Tell us their name

As it was written in the record — a middle name or a nickname helps.

  2. Tell us what you know

The years, the park or the family name — whatever you are sure of.

  3. We look in the office record

Not only the public search: the office keeps its own record of everyone.

  4. We tell you what we find

If a family kept a memorial private, we say so, and we do not share it.

What to have ready
  • Their full name, as it may have been recorded.
  • Their life dates, if you know them.
  • The park or lot, if you know it.
  • Your own name and the best number to reach you.

These details make a search possible; the office will ask only for what it needs.

Creating or changing a memorial

A family’s decision, never a default

Nothing is published until the family says so.

How a memorial is created or changed

Ask for a memorial to be created

The office writes down what the family wants, and nothing is published until the family says so.

Change or close one

The family who published it can change or close it at any time. Call the office and ask.

What a family can choose

  • Kept private until the family says soNothing appears until a family turns their memorial on.
  • The nameThe name shows whenever a family turns the memorial on.
  • A photographShown only when the family allows it and attaches one.
  • The yearsThe birth and death years are each the family's own choice.
  • The resting placeThe lot number stays private unless the family allows it.

And what no memorial will ever show:

  • Living relatives — no names, addresses, dates or contact details.
  • A memorial the family has not switched on.
  • Anyone whose family has not published a memorial.
  • The office's own record of everyone in the park.
  • Nothing is published by default.
  • Only what the family chose to show appears.
  • The only contact shown is the park office's own line.
  • A family can change or close a memorial at any time.

A family can switch a memorial on today; stories and messages are still being built by the office.
